In a sane democratic world, a political leader is sworn-in using the constitution and thereby adhering to the dictates of same and also the law of the land.
In my own view, President Muhammadu Buhari should have at least obeyed the court order but can appeal the judgements granting them bail.
If Buhari will continue to obey his own decisions against the ruling of the courts of the land, then the country is heading towards a lawless country.
