How to Buy Airtime/Credit Directly From Your Bank Account With Ease Using Your Phone 

As technology is taking its prime of place in almost everything we do now, so are Nigeria  banks, some of them have made it very easy as to the process of recharging mobile phones through your bank accounts by dialing simple USSD codes. 

As long as you have an account with any of Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB), First Bank, Access Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Fidelity Bank and Zenith Bank.

Topping up your airtime or buying for a friend,  relative or loved ones is as easy as checking your airtime balance.

Buying for friends or relatives requires you to have an atm card with the bank as it requires the last 4 digits of the number inscribed on your ATM card.

Steps:

Your mobile number making the transaction MUST be the number that you registered with the bank. 

Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) 

Simply Dial *737*amount# and SEND from your mobile phone (This is accessible using all types of mobile devices). E.g. *737*1000#.

To send airtime recharge to family or friend, simply dial *737*Amount*Friends No#. E.g.

*737*1000*08023456789#.

The Maximum you can recharge is N5,000 per day

First Bank

Simply Dial *894*amount# and SEND from your mobile phone. E.g *894*1000#.

For First Bank you can only top-up your mobile line and the Maximum you can recharge is N3,000 per day

Access Bank 

bank Simply Dial *901*Amount# and SEND from your mobile phone. E.g *901*1000#.

The Maximum you can recharge is N5,000 per day

Stanbic IBTC Bank

For Stanbic IBTC Bank simply dial *909*amount# if you have an account with them. E.g *909*750#

Fidelity Bank

Bank For Customers banking with Fidelity Bank, to top up your mobile with airtime, simply dial *770*amount#.

E.g *770*1500#.

Daily top-up limit is N5000

Zenith Bank 

Simply Dial *302*Amount# and SEND from your mobile phone. E.g *302*1000#.

The Maximum you can recharge is N5,000 per day.
