Barcelona are interested in signing Axel Witsel ona free transfer when his contract expires in the summer, according to Calciomercato.
The Zenit midfielder is likely to leave Zenit St Petersburg, with Serie A side Juventus already heavily linked with a move for his signature.
Witsel's contract expires in June when he would be eligible to leave for nothing, but Zenit may wish to cash in on the Belgium international during the January transfer window.
