How  Glocal are you?  

Here  you  are  to  make  a  short  creative  video  of  yourself/yourselves  in  your  favourite  Nigerian or  foreign  traditional  attire  or  costume  doing  and/talking  about  whatever  makes  you  a  Glocal citizen  (What  makes  you  Global  and  Local?).



Creative  videos  could  be  on  music,  fashion,  food, language  etc.

Eligibility   

Age:  5-16 years 
Contestants  must be  HB  Bud account  holders

Entry/Rules     

Videos  should  be  uploaded  on  Facebook  with  the  hash  tag  #Glocalfromthestart  and #HBGlocalCompetition  while  tagging  HeritagebankNG 

Duration:
60 seconds 

Voice  must be very  audible  and  clear  in  a  quiet background 
You must introduce  yourself/yourselves   
Be  as creative  as possible   
Video  should be  clear 
Siblings  can  do  a  group video 
Parents  may  assist minors  in uploading  video   Upon  upload,  you  would  be  required  to    provide  your  full  name,  Heritage  Bank  Bud savings  account  number  and  telephone number 
Multiple entries are allowed

The  video will  be  disqualified  where  it contains;   

• Lewd    derogatory  or  insulting  content  or  attacks  on individuals    
• Other  people’s  personal  information  without their  express  consent     
• Material  that promotes  religious,  ethnic or  political  intolerance   
• The  use  of  branded  clothing  or  accessories  belonging  to  the  Bank’s  competitors  or any  other  brand  name which in  the  view  of  the Bank  will  be  considered  inappropriate to be streamed or broadcast. 

Deadline 

1. All  uploads  must  be  uploaded  on  or  before  12  midnight  by  Monday,  May  22,  2017.    
2. Any  videos uploaded  after  this  time  will  not  be  considered.  
3. The  winners  emerge  by  the  most  “likes”  on Facebook

Voting  ends  by  12  midnight  on  Wednesday  May  24,  2017.

Encourage  friends  and  family  to  like your video to stand the chance of winning this competition.

Important  Dates:

• May  5  –  Competition Opens 
• May  22  –  Submissions  due  at  12 midnight 
• May  24  –  Voting  ends  at  12 midnight   
• May  25  –  Winners  are  notified   
• May 27 – Publish winners

Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone by May 25, 2017

Rights Heritage  Bank  will  retain  third  party  rights  to  the  use  of  any  video  you  submit-.

By  entering the competition,  you  grant Heritage  Bank  rights  in perpetuity,  to: 

• Use  the video on the Internet in  support of our  similar  projects  and competitions   
• Use  the video in  Heritage  bank  competitions  and  publications,  both print and  online   Show  the video in  exhibits  at an  event   
• Keep  the  files  provided,  and  to  archive  the  images  on  CD,  DVD  or  in  other  electronic forms,  so  that  your  videos  can  be  used  to  support  our  mission  and  be  given  due  credit for the ownership of such video
