This incident happened in Lagos a moment ago in Ajah axis.
He was said to have locked up the late girlfriend and gave her a beating of her life for around one hour, according to an eyewitness who prefer to be anonymous.
Efforts by the neighbours to wade in proved abortive as the had no way to gain access to the room.
At the long run, the door was broken and the lady was seen bleeding from her nose and mouth.
She was rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, police have visited the scene of the crime and have whisked away the criminal.
When PoliFocus made enquiry into what might have led to the scuffle, the neighbour that has her room opposite the guy said she overheard him asking the lady why she aborted pregnancy.
As at press time, neighbours are running away from the building now. Non is ready to sleep there due to fear.
