MUST READ: Profiles Of All The Ministerial Nominees Forwarded To The Senate By President Muhammadu Buhari.

This article is to introduce our Ministerial nominees. 

Know Your Would be Ministers, in this article, I bring to you little profiles of all the ministerial nominees that President Muhammadu Buhari sent to the senate.
Read and be updated:

1. Barr Babatunde Raji Fashola(SAN) -Lagos
Born on 28th of June, 1963. He succeeded Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the governor of Lagos State.
His achievements as the governor of Lagos state was too numerous to mention. He was a factor to the emergence of the present president, Muhammadu Buhari.

2. Abubakar Malami(SAN)  - Kebbi
He was the lead counsel of the legal team of the defunct CPC right from the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court, when he was the National Adviser of the CPC.  He was a member of the merger committe.
He is a brillant, studious and diligent lawyer.

3. Rotimi Amaechi - Rivers State
Rotimi Amaechi was born on may 27, 1965. He was a speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly for 8 years and also immediate past governor of Rivers State.
He was also instrumental to the emergence of the present Federal Government.

4. Abdurahman Dambazzau
Lieutenant General Abdurahman Dambazzau was born in 1954. He has an excellent flair for writing cutting across diverse aspect of human behaviours.
He is a high decorated senior office with many honour, awards and commendations.

5. Sen. Aisha Alhassan - Taraba State
Born on September 16, 1959. She was elected senator for the Taraba North Constituency of Taraba State.
She contested the last gubernatorial election in Taraba under APC but lost.

6. Barr. Lai Mohammed - Kwara State
He was born in 1952. He once contested under the platform of Alliance for Democracy (AD). He is the Publicity Secretary of APC at present.

7. Barr. Adebayo Shittu - Oyo State
Adedayo Shittu came from CPC wing of APC, stood by his party and refuse to decamp even when he lost the gubernatorial primary election to governor Abiola Ajimobi.

8. Dr. Kayode Fayemi - Ekiti State
He was born on 9th of February, 1965. He was the immediate  past  governor of Ekiti State.
Fayemi was the first governor in Nigeria to sign into law, the Freedom of Information Act.
He was part of the NADECO team then.

9. Barr. Udo Udoma - Akwa Ibom
He is not a member of APC but president Muhammadu Buhari in his magnaminity and bid to form an inclusive government made up of men and women of proven integrity nominated him.
He is a lawyer of International recognition.

10. Ibrahim Jibril
He was born on 27th of January, 1958. He holds Bachelor Degree in Education &  Geography and M. Sc. in London Resources.
Ibrahim is a land reform specialist, former Deputy Director, Development Control Abuja, worked with more than 5 FCT Ministers.

11. Dr.  Chris Nigige - Anambra State
He was born on 8th of August, 1952. A medical doctor by profession. In 2003, he was elected Governor of Anambra State in controversial circumstances. His election was latter nullified.  He is presently in the upper chamber as a Senator. He made an attempt to return to the Anambra State house in the last gubernatorial election but lost.

12. Kemi Adeosun - Ogun State
Was born on 9th of March, 1967. A graduate of Economics. A senior manager at the Price Waterhouse Coopers, London.
She was the commissioner for finance in Ogun State.

13. Ahmed Isa Ibeto - Niger State
He was a former Deputy Governor  of Niger State. He dumped PDP for APC when his boss, Babangida Aliyu refused to endorse him as the party 's governorship candidate.

14. Sen. Hadi Sirika - Kaduna State
He is a former pilot and a senator. He was a member if Senate Committee  on Aviation. He is an elderstateman of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC).

15. Ogbonaya Onu - Abia State
He was born on December 1, 1951. He was the first executive governor of Abia State. He has P. Hd in Chemical Engineering.
Dr. Onu is a resolute believer in Nigeria 's unity as an instrument for national integration.

16. Solomon Dalong - Plateau State
He was born on 26th of September, 1964.  A lawyer by training. After passing out Law school, he took up a job as a Personal Assistance to Chief Solomon Large when Large was appointed as Adviser Emeritus to president Olusegun Obasanjo.

17. Ibe Kachikwu - Delta State
He is a doctor of Law. He holds the LLM Havard Distinction and was best graduate in 1980 with specialisation in Energy, Petroleum and Investment.
He influenced over $10 billion Investment from ExxonMobil Group into Nigeria and other African countries.

18. Audu Ogbe - Benue State
Born on July 28, 1947. He was the chairman of People's Democratic Party (PDP) from 2001 until January 2005.
In December 2005,Ogbe formally resigned from PDP.

19. Amina Mohammed - Kaduna State
She was born in 1961. He is the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s Special Adviser on Post-2015 Development Planning. She was appointed to this position on 7 June 2012.

20. Osagie Ehanire
He is an outstanding surgeon and holds an (MD)  of College of Medicine. He has served on various medical boards both within and outside Nigeria.

21. Suleiman Adamu - Jigawa State
He was a policeman and former Inspector General of Police. He was appointed in 1979 to suceed Muhammadu Dikko Yusufu.
