National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has responded to the rumour flying around that the forthcoming orientation course for 2016 Batch A Stream 2 has been slated for 20th of June.
It maintains that the orientation course remains postponed indefinitely.
The statement reads:
"The attention of the NYSC Management has been drawn to a statement purportedly from the Scheme indicating that the 2016 Batch 'A' (Stream II) will commence on 20th June, 2016.Management wishes to state that the statement did not emanate from the Scheme; and the Orientation course remains postponed asearlier announced.We shall use appropriate channels to communicate new date for theexercise as a soon as it is determined."
Good to go Corps members should stop believing everything they see on social media.
