According to the police prosecutor, Inspector Sani Ado, the incident occurred in Safana town on May 2.
The suspects were said to have lured the victim into Angala’s room before taking turns to have carnal knowledge of her.
Her mother, Shamsiya Abdullahi, reported the incident at the Safana police division and the suspects were nabbed.
Insp. Ado said the suspects were charged with rape, which he said violated Section 283 of the Penal Code.
Presiding, Hajia Fadile Dikko refused to take the pleas of the accused persons, saying that the case was only triable at the High Court.
She ordered the accused persons remanded in prison until June 14, 2018, when their case will come up for mention.
