5 Great Lessons To Be Learnt From Leicester City Winning 2015/16 BPL

It is no longer news that Leicester City, supposed underdog is now the winner of 2015/2016 Barclays Premier League (BPL).  Thanks to the 2-2 draw that Chelsea played against their closest rival, Tottenham Hotspur yesterday.

There are many great lessons to be learnt from the 'record-breaking feat' achieved by this team. Their triumph is history and groundbreaking.

1. Nothing is impossible:

Leicester City have taught the world that nothing is a mission impossible. This implies that, one can achieve anything in life provided there is a will.

They won the league against all odds, nobody gave them the chance but were unrelented and determined.

This is a team that hasn't won it since inception of its creation.

They ended the last season on 16th position but come around to win it this season.

2. Money is not an answer to everything:

Their victory is also an attestation to the fact that, money is good but not an answer to everything. The team have crop of average players unlike big spenders that nearly broke banks over signings of super stars.

The sum of all signings fees of all their players might not be able to buy just Cristiano Ronaldo.... Laughable but true!

3. Hardwork pays:

Their journey to uncommon victory is a tied to the apron string of their hardwork, dedication and seriousness. They knew what they wanted, gone for it and got it.

4. Discipline:

They showed unequal discipline through the league, they kept to their head coach,  Claudio Ranieri's instructions to the latter, both off and on pitch.

5. The world is evolving, underdogs exist no more:

Gone are the days when you will sit at the corner of your room and precisely forecasting football matches. Any team is now beatable. Nothing like permanent top-four in EPL any longer. Any team can be up there.
Big names ain't matter any more.

In join millions of Leicester City fans all over the globe happy celebration, it was a well-deserved and hard-fought victory.
