Dubai Police Arrest Two Drug Traffickers In Sting Raid |PoliFocus

The two suspects have been charged with possession of drugs with the intention of trafficking.



Two Asians have been arrested in Dubai for allegedly trying to sell large quantities of heroin.

The duo was allegedly carrying out the crime as per instructions of a drug trafficker based in their home country, the police have said.

Major-General Khail Ibrahim Al Mansouri, assistant commander in chief of Dubai Police for criminal investigation, said the suspects were arrested red-handed in a sting operation.

The police arrested the duo after an undercover policeman posed as a buyer and met the suspects near a market.

The two suspects have been charged with possession of drugs with the intention of trafficking.
