Stripping down to a bikini, which she teamed with thigh high boots, the 38-year-old seemed to have been raiding her glamour girl closet.
Katie is currently in the US filming for her new show My Crazy Life and looked as though she was loving every second of being back in front of the cameras.
She kept her long, blonde hair loose and it cascaded over her shoulders as she walked around the shoot.
At one point she seemed concerned about whether her bikini top would be able to hold her new 32G cup breasts in place and she stared down at them before trying to get them under control.
Once Katie had spoken to the production team, the shoot started and she clambered into a classic cream car.
