Scam Alert!! BVN Fraud


I write to update us about the scam that is on presently on the issue of Bank Verification Number (BVN). 

It will be recalled that the apex bank has ordered that all account holders in Nigeria must register for the programme. 

But this development has made some fraudsters to initiate a means of scamming the unsuspecting account holders.

The format of their message is revealed below. 

"Dear Customer,Due to the BVN validation in compliance with CBN bank directives,your ATM card has been De_activated contact customer care 07030866906 to activate"

Sender: 08165169357

Kindly disregard such message if you have received it before now. Never disclose your ATM card details to anyone. 

With your card number, CCV and account name... You money can be assessed and spent. Even without disclosing your PIN. 

shine your eyes my people. 

If at all, you have issue(s) with your bank account, you bank has a secured way of inviting you over. 

Never fall for cheap thick!!
