PoliFocus scores Buhari low on his maiden media chat

I write to vent my anger on the ways and manners by which the incumbent President of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari answered the questions asked him during the session.

It will be recalled that the media was a debut chat that has been conducted by the present All Progressives Congress (APC) led federal government.

Though I can't shy away from the fact that he answered some perfectly well but those of paramount interests to we Nigerians were attended to with kids gloves.

Should we say at this juncture that His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari lacks the political will to achieve all what he told us during electioneering??

He was equally proud of disobeying the rule of law which he sworn to uphold.

Saying categorically that he had no control no influence over the members of the national assembly was a misfiring!

The issue of subsidy removal was also not properly answered. I don't want to talk about the issue of the much publicised N5,000 promised as well and the ignoble ban on naira-denominated debit cards' usage abroad.

Telling us that he rejected N400m vehicle is not what we want to hear again.

When asked about his plan for the tertiary institutions, he was beating around the bush.

Hope this media chat will not make me to align with the position of the governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose that Nigerians have boarded 'a one chance' vehicle.

I will submit by saying that President Muhammadu Buhari should change for better, we voted him in on the account of probity and integrity.

He should not let us down, but anyway as I normally posit, "we can change the change, if there is need for it"

God bless my country, Nigeria.
