Foremost leader of the Biafra agitation, late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu has advised Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB and every pro-Biafra agitators.
He advised strongly that Biafra Republic agitation should be dropped, that Igbos people should have learnt their lessons from the last civil war.
In his words:
"A lot of people will say you were leading the first one, yes! I led the first one.
And I will say it to everyone that I led proudly! the first one.
I don't think a second one is necessary, we should have learnt from from that first one.
Otherwise the dead would have been to no avail and all would have been in vain" He said.

On this premise, I think Nnamdi Kanu that is being tried for treason should back out in his chosen path and embrace dialogue.
Unity of our beloved country, Nigeria can't be negotiated, together we can all take the country to an enviable height.
United we stand, divided we fall!
Half a word is enough for the wise
