Arsenal Make First Signing, Complete Move For Midfielder Granit Xhaka From Borussia Monchengladbach

Arsenal have announced their first signing of the summer with the capture of midfielder Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach.


The 23-year-old Switzerland international has signed a long-term deal with the 2015/16 Premier League runners up after joining for an undisclosed fee.

His Gunners contract will begin on 1 July.

We wish Granit a good Euro 2016 with Switzerland and look forward to welcoming him to Arsenal ahead of next season."Xhaka could be involved in Arsenal's pre-season matches against AT&T All-Stars and Chivas de Guadalajara in the United States at the end of July.
