Ekiti Local Government Chairmen Sacrifice Salaries To Pay LG Workers |PoliFocus

All the local government chairmen in Ekiti State have decided to sacrifice their salary and those of other political office holders in the 16 LGs in the State to beable to pay LG workers and Teachers' April 2016 salary.


According to Lere Olayinka, the Special Adviser on Information and New Media to Governor Ayodele Fayose, fund available can only pay the April salary of LG workers, primary school teachers, palace staff and midwives.
