Akeredolu Hosts APC Chairmen In His Hometown... To Prepare Ground For Victory For The Party |PoliFocus

All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in the forthcoming governorship election in Ondo State, Barrister Rotimi Akeredolu SAN earlier today hosted all the chairmen of the state chapters in his home in Owo.

The meeting cannot but be linked to the reconciliatory move by him to close ranks and work towards the victory of the APC at the poll.

It would be recalled that the emergence of Akeredolu has been generating ripples in the party due to the fact that anointed candidate of the national leader of the party, Bola Tinubu, Olusegun Abraham lost out in the primary election.

But Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) earlier in the week made known the candidates of the parties contesting the November 26 governorship election in the state.

Will this meeting indeed unite all the warring factions? Only time will tell.
