The opener came in from Dejan Lovren in 17th minute but was doubled by Jordan Henderson at 36th minute.
The home team managed to score a lone goal which came from the Spanish superstar, Diego Costa at 62th minute.
With this result, Chelsea and Liverpool now have same 10 points, with Chelsea on 3rd while Liverpool is on 4th on the log.
