He expressed hope that the country would be great again, urging all to adhere to the tenets of peace, perseverance, tolerance, peace and love for one another as preached by Islam.
The governor stated this in a congratulatory message to Muslims on the celebration of theEid-el-Kabirand made available by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Idowu Adelusi, on Sunday in Ado Ekiti.
“We are all one another’s brother’s keeper and so we should leave peacefully, tolerate one another and most of all persevere in this era of economic recession which I’m sure will be short-lived,” he said.
