The Ligue 1 champions are set to doing everything in their power to lure the Brazilian superstar from the Nou Camp.
PSG were knocked back last summer in their pursuit of the flamboyant winger but according to Goal, they are going to try again in 2017 with an improved offer for both Barca and Neymar.
In the most recent transfer window, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi failed to tempt Neymar to move to Paris, but he is looking to pull out all the stops next summer.
The Qatari born businessman is looking to offer Neymar a bumper contract, which would match Lionel Messi’s salary at Barcelona, worth roughly £22.5million a year up until 2021.

If he Neymar does move to Paris, it will include a range of different clauses to boost his pay packet. PSG were reportedly close to signing Neymar lastsummer with people believing he was looking to hook up with fellow countrymen Marquinhos, Lucas Moura and Thiago Silva.
The 24-year-old is yet to sign a new deal at Barcelona and it is believed Neymar's representatives used the French club's interest to give them the upper hand when negotiating with his current club.
