Sad! 18 Out Of The Released 21 Chibok Girls Are Nursing Mothers |PoliFocus

Investigations have revealed that 18 out of the 21 Chibok girls released by Boko Haram Thursday morning are nursing mothers.

The girls were released in exchange for some high profile Boko Haram militants in the custody of the federal government according to Saharareporters.


Vice President Yemi Osinbajo isset to receive the released 21 Chibok girls at the state house in Abuja.Osinabjo will be receiving the girls on behalf of President Muhammadu Buhari who began a three-day trip to Germany to discuss assistance for the rebuilding of the northeastern part of Nigeria ravaged by Boko Haram.

More than 200 girls were abducted from their schools in Borno state in 2014 by the terrorists and while some of them have reportedly died, the rest have been held by the dreaded group.

It was reported that the girls were picked up by military helicopter from Banki area of Borno State where Boko Haram militants dropped them off.
