The  last is yet to be heard about the alleged sharp practices that said to have took place in the last Ekiti gubernatorial election, as the ringleader, General Aliyu Momoh has been forced to resign.


This was reported by SaharaReporters, Momoh who led the Army to the election has been facing series of issues since the outburst of Captain Koli and the embattled Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Dr. Tope Aluko.

The election which produced the incumbent governor, Ayodele Fayose, was conducted on June 21, 2014.

Though the highest court of the law has validated the election, can this resent happenings and revelations upturn or have effect on the said election? Only time will tell.
