CHAN Eagles’ open camp December 14

Super Eagles handler, Sunday Oliseh, has ordered the home-based players to keep fit as the countdown to the CHAN Championship gets underway on December 14.

The coach, who is in Belgium, told the players that the CHAN qualifier is so important they cannot afford to toy with it.

Oliseh said: “Though this competition is meant for home-based players, you must give it all the attention it deserves.

“This is a good opportunity to prove what you are capable of doing in the absence of the more established players.

I want you to prove your worth at CHAN because it would open doors for the serious players.”

The team plans to camp in Tanzania, but the paucity of funds is threatening the plan.

Oliseh is proposing Tanzania for camping due to its similar weather with Rwanda, which will host the championship.
