Life is said to be full of ups and downs. To me defeat is more psychological than physical.
I'm yet to read the story of a great man that made it without hitches. But they are great because they didn't give in the to the challenges faced on their road to success.
Permit me to use boxing as illustration, a boxer doesn't lose the fight because he falls but will definitely be declared loser if he refuses to stand up.
For the fact that you are facing a daunting task or in a frustrating state at the moment should not make you to come to a conclusion that your state will be permanent.
According to a philosopher named Heraclitus, he said "Life is in flux" that is, the only constant thing is change.
The former president of America, Abraham Lincoln contested for six times, he was defeated. His seventh time made him the President of America.
Let me come home a bit, our incumbent President in Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has been contesting since 2003. He has been loosing, that he did for four good times!!
Imaging that! He didn't give up but still tried again earlier this year.... It is no longer news that he is the incumbent President of the most popular black Country, Nigeria.
So believe in your dreams, what a mind can achieve, it can be achieved in real world.
If you try and you miss it, you will garner experience. So, get up and try again!
