For you to be a great leader, you must be a good reader.Literally, this doesn't mean that you must be a professor but you must read wide.
Reading anything that is readable, I remember what my dad used to tell me when I was young.
"He always tell me that no knowledge is a waste" You must make reading your hobby.
Read about great leaders and successful entrepreneurs, with that you will be exposed to one or two of their secret towards attaining greatness.
Having basic education is a factor, you should be literate, so as to cope in the 21st century world.
