STRANGE: Man docked for possessing 50 nude photos of his daughter

A man in Australia found himself in court after Police found 50 nude photos of his daughter in his possession.

According to police, the nude photos came to light after they responded to a break-in at his home.

During investigation, officers noticed a framed picture of a 7-year-old girl with her backside exposed.

The photo was reportedly taken 25 year ago and was hanging in the family’s hallway.

Police later returned to the house with a search warrant and after a search that took about 4 hours, police found 50 nude photos of the man’s daughter and partially nude photos of the man’s children.

They also found nude photos of his wife and himself.

The unidentified man was then charged to court with possession of child abuse material.

In court, the man was found not guilty on after a judge ruled that his family had a “relaxed attitude” to nudity and that he had not committed a crime.

The ruling came after his daughter affirmed in court that all the nude photos of her were taken with her consent.

The Magistrate ruled not guilty after he said that the two photos which were taken showing her nipples “were in bad taste.”

He added that the photos were not sexually offensive and does not constitute as child abuse material.

The defendant in his testimony, said that the photos were not taken for the benefit of anyone other than the family.

The judge told prosecutors that the man’s wife and two children were “not shy about nudity in the company of each other at home and away from home.”
