Chelsea midfielder Oscar has denied he was involved in a training-ground fracas with team-mate Diego Costa.
The Telegraph reported that the duo had to be separated following an “outrageous” challenge from Oscar.
But Oscar tweeted that he would “never fight” his team-mate, who he described as “one of my best friends”.
Chelsea face League One side Scunthorpe in an FA Cup third-round clash on Sunday.
Blues interim manager Guus Hiddink may be asked about the alleged standpoint in his news conference on Friday.
