Omisore is being prosecuted by the EFCC over N1.3billion he allegedly got from the office of the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.
Investigations showed that the Senator received the N1.3billion from funds pilfered from the office of the National Security Adviser to fund Governor Ayodele Fayose into office in 2014.
