The reality stardonned a pair of slim leg denim shorts and a black vest top for a trip to the La MerSpa in New York on Thursday, slicking her hair back off her face in a simple top knot and drapinga green bomber style jacket around her.
But as the coat hung off her arms as she left her pampering session, the flashlights of the waiting paparazzi drew attention to the mother-of-two’s nipples.
Kim seemed unfazed by the situation, keeping hereyes covered with a pair of sunglasses as she stepped out of her car, carrying a bag of goodies with her as she went.
The 35-year-old wore little to no makeup for the occasion, having indulged in a facial and other luxurious treatments with her friend LaLa Anthony at the Upper East Side spa. -Sun
