Ex-Great Britain ace Vicky Young, 40, was also wearing a short skirt as she cycled through her village when the motorist did a double-take and clipped a post box.
He then turned up at dog kennels run by her mum Lynda, 65, and 64-year-old dad Willie — an ex Scotland, Spurs, Arsenal and Nottingham Forest defender.
The driver claimed Vicky was wearing just “a bra and belt” and demanded cash for a broken wing mirror.
Vicky, from Bottesford, Leics, told The Sun: “I had been cycling on some errands in the sunshine.
“When I got back my mum told me what happened. I was speechless. Thankfully my mum told him where togo.”
