EPL: Manchester City Record First Defeat As They Were Trashed By Tottenham |PoliFocus

Manchester City on Sunday October 2 recorded their first league defeat as they were trashed at the stadium of light by Tottenham Hotspur by 2 goals to nil.

Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City have been spectacular by running unbeaten before the match.



The first goal goal was an own goal that was caused by Aleksandar Kolarov at the 11th minute while Nigerian born Dele Alli made it two in same first half at 37th minute.

At 65th minute, Erik Lamela had the chance to make it three but wasted the spot kick.

The title holder, Leicester were held at home by Southampton as Jose Mourinho's side drew 1-1 with Stoke City.
