A judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Dimgba who was among the judges arrested by operatives of the Department of State Service, DSS may nullify the All Progressives Congress, APC primary election in Ondo state that produced Rotimi Akeredolu SAN.

In a suit challenging the outcome of the primary election, instituted by Olusegun Abraham, the runners up, asked the court to nullify the election, because, it was fraudulent, non compliance with APC guideline and the electoral act.

Abraham is asking the court to uphold the recommendations of the Appeal panel that recommended the nullification of the said fraudulent primary election.

Unfortunately, the case is before Justice Dimgba who has vowed to punish APC and its cohort for the embarrassment, intimidation and harassment in hand of DSS.
Though, Rotimi Akeredolu has been evading service of court summon, the court has granted Olusegun Abraham a substituted service on Akeredolu.

The presidency has instructed the Chief Judge of Federal High Court to withdraw the case from Justice Dimgba, but sources said the Judiciary has vowed to pay APC back in its own coin.
