The 38-year-old seemed to not have a care in the world as she donned the summery dress and twirled in front of a stunning South of France backdrop.
She had pulled her hair back into a high ponytail and showed off her long legs in a pair of gold heels.
Underneath the beach dress she wore a yellow snakeskin bikini and looked stunning (as usual).
The X Factor judge clearly was not too upset overthe recent pics of ex Lewis Hamilton with Canadian model Winnie Harlow
